It first started when I had a dangling limb hanging from my 80+ foot pine tree in the backyard. I was worried it was going to break and fall on my wife or dog and was desperate to get it removed before the next storm. Ayla Tree Service came out same day and gave me the estimate and it was a very affordable price actaully a lot cheaper than I expected and removed the limb at the time of the estimate. I then called them back out during hurricane Helene to remove a large pine tree off the side of my home. Even with the overwhelming phone calls they made sure to get to me and remove this tree during their "emergency night shift". These guys worked until 3 in the morning removing this large pine tree and adding a tarpe to the roof at no additional charge! I recently called them back out to remove a very large diseased oak tree from my backyard. They have also done a lot of work around the neighborhood and for many of my personal friends and family. I had 2 water oaks taken out today and one live oak trimmed up. I have to say the customer service from the first message was spot on. Friendly and personable. When they came out for the job, they were on time and ready to work. I had to leave for an appointment and when I got back almost 3 hours later most of the tree was down. Not long after the trunks were as well. I had the stumps ground down leaving a grand amount of mulch and they cleaned the site to look better then when they got there. After Hurricane Helene our yard had two pine trees to cause devastation to our property. Ayla Tree Service was recommended by a family member and we contacted them. They came and gave us an estimate, which was very reasonable, and I contacted Taylor to set up a time for them to remove the trees. They came and cut the trees, removed the trees cleaned the yard and hauled the debris. They showed up when they said they would, got busy and removed a very large oak that had been struck by lightning several years ago. The tree was still standing, but was rotting from the inside out. In addition to this, they also removed 3 additional tall oaks (total of 4 trees), ground up all of the stumps, and cleaned up the debris all in a single day. One of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. Had a 60’ red oak that cracked vertically and was hollowed out. It had to come down. The crew was professional, timely, and knowledgeable.
